MINX For Automation
The MINX sensor system is a plug-and-play sensor solution, featuring five built in sensors, with automatically generated control charts shown on any web browser. The built in sensors measure Ambient Temperature, Ambient Humidity, Acceleration/Vibration/Shock, Optical Counting, or Remote Temperature. Or measure any user-supplied sensor with a 5V analog output. Then set sensor trigger limits to control other machines with MINX 5V switched output. From the browser, monitor the Output state and/or take manual control. MINX can be installed in as little as 10 minutes.
Example Applications
- Accelerometer measures vibration of a Lathe, external output automatically shuts off lathe power via user-supplied relay in the event vibration exceeds limit
- Monitor waste water tank level with user supplied liquid level sensor; MINX turns on emergency pump via 120V relay if programmed maximum fluid level is reached
- Using VPN connection from home to factory, user remotely checks process time and temperature. User can manually stop process by clicking external output control button, cutting power to machine through a user-supplied relay
